ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation to some other competent investigation officer with respect to Crime No. 21 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent and to file final report within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the respondent police after conducting proper investigation, closed the case as mistake of fact. 4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
