This petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.279/2012 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Today, Mr.V.Rajasekaran, Sub Inspector of Police, Valliyoor Police Station, is present before this Court.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.279/2012 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 30.03.2017 before the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, but the same has not been taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, to pass appropriate

orders in the final report in Valliyoor Police Station Crime No.279/2012 in accordance with law. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
