ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.03.2022 and consequently, direct the first and second respondents to disburse the pending amount as stated in the representation to the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.According to the petitioner, he was a Cable TV Operator. According to him, his licence was terminated on 03.07.2021, by the respondents. According to him, a sum of Rs.23,53,892/- (Rupees Twenty Three Lakhs Fifty Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Two only) is due and payable to him by the respondents towards Electricity Bills in respect of the Cable TV Operating Room, Sivagangai. He has submitted a representation on 09.03.2022, to the respondents requesting them to make the said payment. Since his representation has not been considered till date, he has filed this writ petition.

3.Heard Mr.R.Chandrasekar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents are willing to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law. The said statement is recorded. 5.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if such an exercise is done.
6.Accordingly, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.03.2022, requesting for payment of the alleged outstanding dues amounting to Rs.23,53,892/- (Rupees Twenty Three Lakhs Fifty Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Two only) and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner including granting him the right of personal hearing, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
