This Petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner/accused on Anticipatory Bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in S.C.No. 50 of 1/4

2025 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivagangai in Crime No. 58 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. Since a non-bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner, he is directed to file a recall petition before the concerned Court. On such filing, the concerned Court shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law on the very same day.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
