This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of the complaint dated 26.02.2024 and 15.09.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that since the main complaint itself was enquired and closed on 09.03.2025, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
