By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition dated 14.12.2019. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions submitted that the first respondent may require three months time to dispose of the revision petition.

W.P.(MD) No.7490 of 2021 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition dated 14.12.2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
