Pleased to call for the records pertaining to the judgment passed in Spl.Case No.46 of 2011 dated 11.01.2023 by the Hon'ble Special Court for Trial of Prevention of Corruption Act Cases, Madurai and set aside the conviction and sentence as against the appellant by allowing this Criminal Appeal.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PALANIAPPAN A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1911 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD) No.90 of 2023 dated 02.02.2023.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.
