ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who surrendered on 23.08.2016, for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 302 IPC r/w 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act in Cr.No.26 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and 5 other persons assaulted the deceased with deadly weapon and caused his death.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that common allegation of attack on the deceased by all accused is informed in FIR. A2 and A4 to A6 have been granted relief of bail under orders in Crl.O.P.No.6274 and 6281 of 2016 on 12.04.2016. The petitioner has surrendered on 23.08.2016 and custodial interrogation has already been completed.

4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has one previous case for offences under Sections 324 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and 506(ii) IPC.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Cases), Madurai, and on condition that the petitioner shall appear the concerned court daily at 10.30.am until further orders. sd/- 28/09/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
