When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that during the pendency of this petition, the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court and the the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that the petitioner has to appear before the trial Court on each and every hearing date.
