ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul, in Crime No.81 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent police within a time limit as stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Earlier i.e. 08.04.2021, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) made a submission that the final report was already filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District and it was not taken on file. In this regard, this Court directed the registry to call for the report from the concerned Court and from the Report, it is seen that the final report has been taken on file and S.T.C.No.33 of 2021 was assigned on 19.04.2021.
