Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register a case based upon the above said accused persons who attampted to kill the petitioner based on the complaint obtained from him at Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai dated on 27.08.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

It is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.08.2016. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.164 of 2016 under Sections 147, 323,324, 427 and 506(i) of IPC by the second respondent Police.
