ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to pass an order of direction, to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2025 and to take appropriate action within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner's representation has already been considered and the Sections of offences have also been altered and necessary action has been taken by filing a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, through e-filing in No.LTN 20220002636C202600060 on 25.02.2026. However, it has not been taken on file.

3. In view of the above, the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, is also directed to take the case on file forthwith. This Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, by filing a petition seeking further investigation under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C., / 193 (9) BNSS, 2023, if not satisfied by the manner in 2/4

which final report is filed.
