ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Saranya, aged 21 years, daughter of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as petitioner are not present.

3. The second respondent viz., the Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Koodalpudur Police Station has produced the alleged detenu. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Since both the petitioner and her counsel are not present, this Habeas Corpus Petition is liable to be dismissed.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
