O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to issue Non Bailable Warrant to the accused in view of the cancellation of the anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the C.C.No.266 of 2015 itself has been quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19602 of 2016, by an order, dated 08.12.2017. 3.In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
