This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side).

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that this petitioner is involved in three cases, namely, Namanasamuthiram Police Station Crime No.117/2012 under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC; Panayapatti Police Station Crime No.23/2014 under Sections 294(b), 323, 506 (ii) IPC and Thirumayam Police Station Crime No.29/2014 under Sections 353, 506(ii) IPC and that history sheet has been opened against him in H.S.No.7/PDK on 23.03.2014.
