ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.6989 of 2019, dated 26.03.2019, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

2. After finding that the petitioner has approached this Court suppressing the earlier order passed in a writ petition and the order passed in the present writ petition is only to consider the representation, the learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the petitioner cannot pursue this contempt petition on merits and succeed. Therefore, to avoid imposition of costs, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this contempt petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the endorsement so made, this Contempt Petition is closed.
