ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 11.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 417 and 376 of IPC in Crime No.596 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and de facto complainant were friends and on 07.08.2016, they went to Cini Raj theatre to watch film. At that time, the petitioner by giving false promise to marry, had physical relationship with her and cheated her.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that investigation is almost over.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tututicorin, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. sd/- 14/09/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
