PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the second respondent in his proceedings in No.02/BCDFGISSSV/2022 dated 11.01.2022 on the file of the second respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue or body of the detenu namely , Muthukumaran alias Muthukumar alias Prem, son of Arunachalam, aged about 30, now detained at the Central Prison, Palayamkottai, before this Court and set him at liberty.
