ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to file afresh after pursuing I.A.(SR) No. 14914 of 2019 and basing upon the result in the said interlocutory application.

2. Accordingly, permission is granted and this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, shall stand closed. 13.02.2024 Note: Original petition, if any, filed along with the civil revision petition be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioners for re-submitting the same before the learned trial Court.
