ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in FIR bearing Crime No.374/2022 dated 10.04.2022 under section 147, 406, 427, 120B, 408, 420, 465, 468, 471, 454, 380, 381 and 34 IPC registered with 1st respondent police and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there was no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that after registration of the First Information Report and investigation, the name of the petitioner has been deleted from the charge sheet and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
