It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case against the petitioner's complaint dated 30.03.2016.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.247 of 2016 under Sections 379 and 120(b) of IPC by the second respondent Police. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
