ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and the family members by interfering into the civil dispute without following due process of law and to take action against them, on the basis of the petitioner's representation made before the first respondent herein dated 03.09.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to civil dispute, the 3rd respondent is compelling the petitioner to settle the same with the defacto complainant and he has frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that after issuing notice, the petitioner was called for enquiry in respect of a petition pending against him and not to decide the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
civil rights of the parties in the Police Station and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondent would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.
