ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the 1st respondent police through the 2nd respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 I.P.C. in Crime No.383 of 2015 on the file of 1st respondent police.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of this Court and is willing to partake in proceedings before the trial Court, the same being that of the Magistrate exercising jurisdiction over the 1st respondent police.

3. Heard learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) representing the 2nd respondent, who submits that he has not received any intimation from the 1st respondent.

4.In view of the apprehension raised, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can be granted interim anticipatory bail by imposing some conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner shall be enlarged on interim anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest, on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar subject to the following conditions:- (a)this grant of interim anticipatory bail is valid for a period of three weeks;

(b)petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation as and when required by the respondents;

(c)petitioner shall surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order failing which the interim anticipatory bail granted to him shall stand automatically cancelled; and (d)in the meantime, the petitioner may seek remedies known to law before the Court having jurisdiction.
