ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Gowri, aged 21 years, wife of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is not present, whereas, his counsel is present.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Thachanallur Police Station has produced the detenu and she expressed her stand to the

effect that she is not willing to live with the petitioner. Further she stated that she is working in Kerala. Under the said circumstances, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

4. In fine, this Habeas Corpus petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
