This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second Respondent to initiate appropriate actions on the representations of the Petitioner dated 18.01.2022 and 13.03.2022.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the second respondent had registered a case, conducted a detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 04.01.2022.
