ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.08.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 307 of IPC, in Crime No.148 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 24.08.2016 the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant with wooden log and caused injuries.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the respondent and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the victim has already been discharged from the hospital and he is not having any bad antecedents.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the victim has already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanthapuram and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
