Writ Petition is filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned refusal check slip No.RFL/Thiruverumbur/33/2026 dated 31.01.2026 issued by the 2nd respondent herein, quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent herein to register the sale deed dated 31.01.2026 within a stipulated period fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned refusal check slip. 2.Upon perusing the impugned order, the registration of the document is refused only on the ground that there is an injunction order in O.SNo.98 of 2016.

3.The learned counsel submits that he would verify about whether there is an injunction in the said suit or not. Since the said reason is specifically mentioned in the impugned order, the same should have been verified before filling of the writ petition. 4.Under the said circumstance, this writ petition stands disposed of, however, giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of auction, after verifying about the reasons and raising such grounds. No costs.
