Respondent Prayer:- Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent to produce the body of the petitioner's wife by name S.Revaki, Daughter of Selvaraj, aged about 25 years before this Court and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent to trace out and produce the detenu by name Revaki, aged 25 years, daughter of the petitioner.
2. The petitioner is not present whereas his counsel is present.
3. The detenu herself has made her appearance and she has been enquired into and ultimately stated that she is not under the illegal custody of anybody and now she is working in TCS, Chennai.
4. Considering the representation made by the detenu, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous and therefore this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves to be dismissed.
5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
