Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to disburse the compensation amount to the petitioner's Voluntarily Retirement Service with interest on the base of the second respondent letter dated 30.04.2019 in reference of TNSTC/KKD/No/A3/433 and further to disburse the pension for the month of May,2019 on the base of the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2021.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 1/3
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he is entitled for compensation, in view of his voluntary retirement. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner had given a representation in this regard to the respondents seeking for compensation, which has not been considered till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
4.The learned standing counsel for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the said representation has not reached them.
5.In view of the submission made by both the counsels, it would be appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation with the consequential direction to the respondents to consider the same within a stipulated time and thereby, meet the ends of justice.
6.In the light of the above observations, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh representation to the concerned authority ventilating his grievances and on receipt of the same, the concerned Authority shall consider the same, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its view with regard to the entitlement of the relief sought for by the petitioner either in the present representation or in the proposed representation.
7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
