ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant enquiry has been conducted in CP No.713 of 2022 and the same was closed, since the defacto complainant failed to furnish relevant documents and did not appear before the respondent Police for enquiry. So far, neither a case nor enquiry is pending against the petitioner. 2.Since, no enquiry is pending against the petitioner, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. If the petitioner finds any trouble in future, she can work out her remedy through appropriate proceedings.
