This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Special Court for trial of SC/ST Act Cases, Pudukottai District, to expedite the trial in Spl.S.C.No.30 of 2021 and complete the same within a stipulated time.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with and also this Court hereby directs the learned Special Court for trial of SC/ST Act Cases, Pudukottai District, to complete the trial in Spl.S.C.No.30 of 2021 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
