ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Manimala, aged 23 years.

2. The petitioner is not present and his counsel is present.

3. The detenu herself has made her appearance and she stated that she married the third respondent by name Saravanan.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition is liable to be dismissed.
