ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.In an earlier occasion, since there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was ordered to be listed today 11.08.2021, under the caption "for dismissal". 3.Today(11.08.2021) the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared through video conference.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry is undertaken in CSR No. 473 of 2021 and it was found that there is a money transaction between the petitioner and the third respondent and the complainant himself gave a statement that no further action is required on his complaint, since he is going to approach the concerned Civil Court for his remedy, accordingly, the enquiry was closed on 07.08.2021.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4961 of 2021 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the enquiry was closed and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
