RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court by its order dated 25.11.2019 in Crl,MP(MD) No.9995 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.548 of 2019 directing me to report before the Special Judge cum Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Nagercoil on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.DILIP KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.K.RAMAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9995 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.548 of 2019 on 25.11.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9995 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.548 of 2019 on 25.11.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.3057 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.9995 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.548 of 2019 on 25.11.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Judge cum Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Nagercoil, once in three months until further orders.
