Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu namely Ebenezer, aged 11 years old, Son of Thangaraj from the custody of the second respondent before this Court and hand over the custody of the petitioner and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenu by name Ebenezer, aged eleven years, grandson of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The respondents 1 and 2 have produced the detenu and he has been identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to hand over custody of the

detenu to the petitioner. with the above observation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is liable to be disposed of.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of on the basis of the observation made earlier.
