3.S.Madasamy ..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned order dated 21-01-2020 made in Ka.No.31/2020/Tha4 passed by the 1st Respondent and subsequently quash the same in respect of Murikulam Pond at Thimmarajapuram Village, Tirunelveli District which is item No.4 in the impugned for the collection of Fish Paci for the period from 01-01-2020 to 30-06-2020 to the 3rd Respondent and consequently forbear the 1st Respondent from interfering with in collecting the said products in 1/3

the said pond by the petitioner forthwith pursuant to the receipt dated 30-09-2019 as given by the 2nd Respondent.
