When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.147 of 2016 has been completed and the case has been closed as mistake of fact on 10.01.2017. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) also submitted that RCS notice has been served on the defacto complainant through the Village Administrative Officer and a closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli, on 10.01.2017.
