ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirapalli to conclude the trial in STC No.706 of 2013.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending from the year 2013.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirapalli to dispose the case pending in STC No.706 of 2013 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
