The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 7(1)(A) and 5(1) (d)(ii) of Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act, subsequently, altered into Sections 7(1)(A) and 5(1)(d)(ii) of Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act, Sections 366-A, 372, 373, 376 and 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 3(i)(xii)3(2)(v) of SC/ ST(POA) Act, 1989 and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual offences Act, 2012. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned II Additional District and Session Judge (Special Court for PCR Cases), Tirunelveli, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and apply for regular bail.
