ORDER
The revision has been filed seeking direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.123 of 2018 on the file of the IV Additional District Judge, Madurai within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.The revision petitioner is the eighth defendant and the first respondent/plaintiff has filed the above suit for partition and for permanent injunction. The main contention of the revision petitioner is that all the defendants are ready for trial and that the defendants 1 and 4 are senior citizens and that therefore, the case has to be expedited. C.R.P.MD).No.696 of 2021 been filed in the year 2018. The High Court has already issued Circulars to the Distirct Judiciary directing the Courts to give priority in the cases relating to the Senior Citizens, HIV affected persons, Defence personnal, women and children etc.,.. The revision petitioner without approaching the trial Court has directly approached this Court with the above revision. In the absence of total pendency particulars and the work burden of that particular Court, this Court is not inclined to give any direction to dispose of the case within the specified period of time. 3.No doubt, the trial Court is required to give priority to the cases, as per the Ciculars of the High Court. The revision petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial Court and if such requisition for early trial is made, the learned trial Judge is directed to consider the same in the light of the Circulars issued by this Court for early trial.
4.With the above observation and direction, the Civil Revision Petitioni s disposed of. No costs.
