It is an application to quash the FIR in Crime No.687 of 2016 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent .

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that after completion of the investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 15.11.2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
