O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for transfer of the investigation in Cr.No.38 of 2015 from the third respondent to the fourth respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that based on the complaint of this petitioner, a case in Cr.No.38 of 2015 was registered on 05.02.2015. Since the case was closed as mistake of fact, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichirappalli has ordered re-investigation on the protest application filed by the petitioner on 30.09.2015. Subsequently, the second respondent has not conducted any investigation and therefore, the petitioner seeks transfer of the case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instruction would submit that the second respondent has received the order copy only recently and they are ready to re-investigate the case as per the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
