2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Melur Police Station has produced the detenu and he has been identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous and therefore this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves to be dismissed.
