ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused in Cr.No.731 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.06.2016 pursuant to the Non-Bailable Warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel in P.R.C.No.54 of 2015 on 22.06.2016 and hence, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and he was regularly appearing before the trial Court. However, due to illness, on 22.06.2016, he did not appear before the trial Court, therefore Non-Bailable Warrant was issued. It is further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the concerned Court regularly in all future hearing dates and co-operate for completion of the trial. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the facts of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court in all future hearings without fail.
