ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Avaniyapuram Police Station, Madurai City, the 2nd respondent herein, to register the petitioner's complaint dated 10.01.2016 an FIR within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 10.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The

respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
