ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2.The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

3.The allegation against these petitioners is that the jewels of the de-facto complainant redeemed by the petitioners herein were not returned back to the de-facto complainant, inspite of receiving the money.

CRL OP(MD). No.5541 of 2020 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the State submits that the petition enquiry is pending and these petitioners are not co-operating with the enquiry. 5.Hence this petition for anticipatory bail is disposed of with a direction that the petitioners to co-operate for enquiry and appear before the respondent police as and when required for enquiry. The respondent police shall not harass the petitioners unnecessarily during enquiry. In case of any necessity the respondent police shall follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41(A) of Cr.P.C and act in accordance with law. sd/- 05/06/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
