PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 11 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2020 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 302 and 307 of IPC in Crime No.11 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

3. The petitioner's earlier bail petitions were dismissed in view of the gruesome nature of the occurrence.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) states that final report has been filed and the case is pending at the committal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CRL OP(MD). No.5561 of 2020 stage. The petitioner is the sole accused.

5. Therefore, after the Courts are regularly functioning, the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to conclude the committal proceedings without any delay. After the case is committed to the Sessions Court, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his bail petition.

6. With this direction, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
