ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 08.08.2016 for offences punishable under Section 4 of POSCO Act, in Crime No.38 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner loved the victim girl namely, Kousalya and eloped with her. Based on the complaint of the mother of the victim, the present case has been registered.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case was transferred to All Women Police Station, Ramanathapuram. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned

Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before All Women Police Station, Ramanathapuram daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.
