ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 17.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 302 IPC @ 120(b), 342, 302, 201 IPC in Crime No.265 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused attacked the deceased and caused death. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's name stands falsely implicated based on the confession of A1 and he is in custody for more than 60 days. The alleged confessional statement of the petitioner informs of the deceased regularly picking up quarrels and abusing people on getting drunk. Any one could have committed the offence. Prosecution case of accused having approached the Village Administrative Officer and confessing to the crime is false.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 14/09/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
