PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioner on Bail in Cr.No.51 of 2020 pending on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.10. He was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 19.03.2020 for the offences punishable under sections 341, 294(b), 387, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.51 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
3. The petitioner herein being an history sheeter involved in several previous cases. He has not been detained by the respondent police for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 387, 307 and 506 (ii) of IPC.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it is foisted case. Nothing happened as alleged in the FIR. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on 19.03.2020, this petitioner has extracted Rs.700 from the defacto complainant showing knife and threatened him that he will murder him. Fortunately, the defacto complainant escaped. The petitioner is facing seven criminal cases all of grave nature.
6. Taking into consideration the fact and circumstances of the case and his antecedent and threat to the life of the defacto complainant, this Court is not inclined to grant bail.
